    About Finnish Coffee Bread

    Finnish coffee bread is a traditional braided sweet yeast bread often served with coffee. It is also known as Pulla, Nisu, Nissua, Kahvileipa and, yes, Swedish coffee bread. Cardamon (cardamom) seed is an essential ingredient. We carry cardamon seed for the convenience of customers who make their own coffee bread or use cardamom in other recipes.

    22/7 is about pi. The Kitchen Garden knows a lot about pie.  Fresh ingredients and most importantly a succulent crust make the best pies.  We use local apples year round for our homemade pies!
